Reasons to Eat Fruits and Vegetables.

According to nutritionists, eating fruits and vegetables help to prevent many kind of dangerous diseases. First of all, many researches show that they can prevent heart disease, and stroke. Next, It is so good for people who had hypertension already. After having low-fat diet and a lot of fiber, the cholesterol in their blood is slow down clearly. Another diseases are many kind of cancers, such as stomach, lung, kidney, etc...Many evidences show that eating tomato is so helpful to prevent prostate-cancer of man. And the last, to have a bright and healthy eyes, you must need fruits and vegetables. It is clear that fruits and vegetables are so necessary for your heath and to have long life time.
